Important local election

Although the importance of the election of Coordinator and Co-Coordinator may not be
quite as important as the recent election of President and Vice President of the U.S of A.,
the members of the QSY Society will be pleased to know that a long and hard won campaign
is finally over. It was a landslide victory !

Kieran O'Hagan N2MWE and John Velez N2QMT are it, starting in January 2009.
Congratulations and may your reign be long and successful.

The introduction :
The Radio Amateur's Code is the most important part of this long (66 pages of PDF) document.
The rest is rules and opinions by the authors that you, in some instances may not agree with, but very good information nonetheless.
